About Omiya Bonsai Art Museum

Located in Saitama, just north of Tokyo, Omiya Bonsai Art Museum is the first public museum in the world dedicated entirely to bonsai.

Omiya has been a bonsai town for over 100 years, and many of Japan’s top bonsai masters still live and work here.

The museum showcases priceless masterpieces, some over 300 years old, in a peaceful Japanese garden setting.
It is not only a museum — it is a place to feel the philosophy and beauty of Japanese culture.
