
Chiikawa Bakery is a bakery themed around “Chiikawa,” a popular Japanese character series. It has a permanent store at Tokyu Plaza Omotesando “Omokado” in Shibuya, Tokyo. Here, you can enjoy bread, sweets, and drinks inspired by Chiikawa and its friends. In addition to adorable menu items, the bakery also features photo spots and exclusive merchandise. Business hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with irregular holidays.

Chiikawa Bakery is located on the 3rd floor of Tokyu Plaza Omotesando “Omokado.” It is easily accessible from multiple stations, including Meiji-Jingumae, Harajuku, and Omotesando.
How to Reserve & Enter Chiikawa Bakery
As of March 2025, entry to Chiikawa Bakery requires a reservation in advance.
Tickets are sold through the Loppi ticket website (Lawson Ticket, “L-tike”), where you can purchase a pre-paid shopping ticket before visiting.
There is an advance lottery sale, followed by first-come, first-served reservations available until two days before the visit. Many dates sell out quickly, so early reservations are recommended.

Important Notes for Same-Day Admission:
- The special gift (¥1,000 shopping voucher) for advance reservation ticket holders is not included with same-day admission.
- One person may reserve entry for up to two people per day. (Multiple reservations per day are not allowed.)
- Companions must enter the bakery together with the person who made the reservation.
- For group entries, staff will confirm that a reservation has been made for all members.
- Resale or transfer of the entry number is strictly prohibited.
- Printed copies, screenshots, or images of the reservation will not be accepted for entry.
- Check-in starts 15 minutes before your reservation time at the front staircase of the facility.
- Please do not gather before the designated check-in time.
- If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your entry number will become invalid.
- If there’s still a queue from the previous time slot, please line up at the end of that line.
- Even during the reservation window, slots may become fully booked.

Chiikawa Bakery also has a pop-up shop where you can purchase exclusive merchandise.
How to Enter the Merchandise Pop-up Shop
As of February 1, 2025, the merchandise shop no longer requires a reservation, and visitors can enter freely. However, if you wish to buy bread, you still need a reservation ticket.
On busy days, crowd control measures such as waiting lines may be implemented, so visiting on a weekday or early in the day is recommended.
